These Terms apply to all orders placed in the theBIOPOOL online shop by consumers and business customers.

2. Products

We sell filter media, pumps, skimmers, pool technology, spare parts, and accessories for natural pools.

3. Contract Formation

The contract is concluded by order confirmation or shipment of goods.

4. Prices

Prices include VAT for consumers. Shipping costs are shown separately.

5. Delivery

Delivery within the European Union only.

6. Payment

PayPal, credit card, Stripe, bank transfer.

7. Liability

Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence.

8. Governing Law

Spanish law applies. Jurisdiction: Ibiza, Spain.

Withdrawal Policy (Consumers Only)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.

Effects

We refund all payments including standard shipping within 14 days.

Return Costs

The customer bears return shipping costs.

Exclusion

No withdrawal for custom-made or hygiene-sealed goods once opened.
