These Terms apply to all purchases made via the theBIOPOOL online shop.

Filter media, pumps, skimmers, pool technology, spare parts and accessories.
3. Contract Formation
The contract is concluded by order confirmation or shipment of goods.
4. Prices
Prices include VAT for consumers. Shipping costs are shown separately.
5. Delivery
Delivery within the European Union only.
6. Payment
PayPal, credit card, Stripe, bank transfer.
7. Liability
Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence.
8. Governing Law
Spanish law applies. Jurisdiction: Ibiza, Spain.
Withdrawal Policy (Consumers Only)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Effects of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments including standard shipping costs within 14 days.
Return Costs
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion
No withdrawal for customized products or sealed goods once opened.
